🥤 Fresh juice with apples, carrots, and ginger

Ingredients
- 500 g Carrots
- 2 Apples
- 2 sprigs Lemon balm
- 10 g Ginger root (1 piece)
- 1 tsp cold-pressed olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly and trim the ends. Wash the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the core. Wash the lemon balm and shake off excess water. Peel the ginger root.
- 2. Press the carrots, apples, and ginger through a juicer. Fill the juice into glasses. Stir in the olive oil.
- 3. Adjust the flavor to your liking with a little lemon juice. Garnish each glass with a sprig of lemon balm.
