🥤 Apple-Carrot-Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 4 Apples (e.g. Golden Delicious)
- 1 Lemon
- 140 g small Carrots (2 small Carrots)
- 100 g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 160 ml Apple Juice
- 150 ml Coconut Milk
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 2. Pat the apples dry with a cloth.
- 3. Cut off the top of the apples to create a lid.
- 4. Remove the core of the apples using a melon baller.
- 5. Dice the apple flesh into small cubes.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
- 7. Brush the removed apple lids with the lemon juice.
- 8. Brush the inside of the hollowed-out apples with lemon juice as well.
- 9. Drizzle the apple cubes with some lemon juice too.
- 10. Peel the carrots.
- 11. Grate the peeled carrots coarsely.
- 12. Wash the blueberries.
- 13. Place the blueberries in a stand blender.
- 14. Add the apple cubes to the blender.
- 15. Add the grated carrots to the blender.
- 16. Add the apple juice to the blender.
- 17. Add the coconut milk to the blender.
- 18. Blend the entire mixture until smooth.
- 19. Dilute the smoothie with a little water if desired.
- 20. Fill the finished smoothie into the hollowed-out apples.
- 21. Pierce a colorful paper straw through the apple lid.
- 22. Place the lid with the straw on top of the filled apples.
