  1. 1. Wash the apples thoroughly.
  2. 2. Pat the apples dry with a cloth.
  3. 3. Cut off the top of the apples to create a lid.
  4. 4. Remove the core of the apples using a melon baller.
  5. 5. Dice the apple flesh into small cubes.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
  7. 7. Brush the removed apple lids with the lemon juice.
  8. 8. Brush the inside of the hollowed-out apples with lemon juice as well.
  9. 9. Drizzle the apple cubes with some lemon juice too.
  10. 10. Peel the carrots.
  11. 11. Grate the peeled carrots coarsely.
  12. 12. Wash the blueberries.
  13. 13. Place the blueberries in a stand blender.
  14. 14. Add the apple cubes to the blender.
  15. 15. Add the grated carrots to the blender.
  16. 16. Add the apple juice to the blender.
  17. 17. Add the coconut milk to the blender.
  18. 18. Blend the entire mixture until smooth.
  19. 19. Dilute the smoothie with a little water if desired.
  20. 20. Fill the finished smoothie into the hollowed-out apples.
  21. 21. Pierce a colorful paper straw through the apple lid.
  22. 22. Place the lid with the straw on top of the filled apples.
