Ingredients
- 500 ml water
- 2 bags apple tea
- 500 ml apple juice
- 1 handful mint
- 1 apple
- 1 handful mint
Instructions
- 1. Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and fresh mint. Let the tea steep for a few minutes. Then strain the liquid into a jug and let it cool down completely. Finally, mix the cooled tea with the apple juice.
- 2. Wash the apple thoroughly. Cut it into quarters, remove the core, and slice the flesh into thin pieces. Place the apple slices together with a few leaves of fresh mint into a glass. Fill the glass with the cold tea and serve immediately.
