  3. 3. Cut the mango flesh into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Wash the apple thoroughly and dry it.
  5. 5. Peel the apple.
  6. 6. Cut it into quarters and remove the core.
  7. 7. Cut the apple flesh into small cubes.
  8. 8. Wash the fresh chili peppers.
  9. 9. Cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  10. 10. Cut the chili into small cubes.
  11. 11. Peel the garlic cloves.
  12. 12. Chop the garlic finely.
  13. 13. Put the lemon juice, vinegar, chopped garlic, ginger, salt, and cayenne pepper into a pot.
  14. 14. Heat the mixture over medium heat.
  15. 15. Bring it to a brief boil.
  16. 16. Add the mango flesh to the pot.
  17. 17. Add the fresh chili cubes.
  18. 18. Add the whole dried chili peppers to the pot.
  19. 19. Stir everything gently.
  20. 20. Let the chutney simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
