  1. 1. Wash the apple thoroughly and pat it dry. Cut it in half and then divide each half into four wedges.
  2. 2. Wash the celery stalks and remove any dirty spots. Pull off any stringy fibers if present, and cut the stalks into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Wash the green leaves from the celery and shake them vigorously to remove excess water.
  4. 4. Place the apple wedges and celery pieces along with about two-thirds of the celery leaves into a juicer and extract the juice.
  5. 5. Add the frozen cherries to the juice and blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is smooth and uniform. Pour the drink into a glass and garnish it on top with the remaining celery leaves.
