🥤 Fresh Apple and Cherry Cocktail

Ingredients
- 200 g red apples (1 red apple)
- 200 g celery stalks (2 stalks)
- 200 g sour cherries (pitted, frozen)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apple thoroughly and pat it dry. Cut it in half and then divide each half into four wedges.
- 2. Wash the celery stalks and remove any dirty spots. Pull off any stringy fibers if present, and cut the stalks into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Wash the green leaves from the celery and shake them vigorously to remove excess water.
- 4. Place the apple wedges and celery pieces along with about two-thirds of the celery leaves into a juicer and extract the juice.
- 5. Add the frozen cherries to the juice and blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is smooth and uniform. Pour the drink into a glass and garnish it on top with the remaining celery leaves.
