🍽️ Crispy Apple Cheese Raclette Cups

Ingredients
- 4 chicory
- 4 chives
- 4 thick slices Comté
- 3 apples
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicory thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Split the chicory in half lengthwise from the top.
- 3. Remove the hard stem base at the bottom of the chicory halves.
- 4. Cut the remaining chicory into thin strips.
- 5. Wash the chives under cold water.
- 6. Shake the chives dry.
- 7. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 8. Cut out star shapes from the cheese slices.
- 9. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 10. Halve the apples.
- 11. Remove the core from the apple halves.
- 12. Cut the apple halves into thin wedges.
- 13. Fill the chicory strips into the raclette pans.
- 14. Place the apple wedges on top of the chicory.
- 15. Season the apple wedges with salt and pepper.
- 16. Top the apple wedges with the cheese stars.
- 17. Broil the raclette pans in the preheated raclette grill.
- 18. Bake the raclette pans for about 8 minutes.
