🥤 Fresh Apple Grapefruit Drink

Ingredients
- 200 g apples (1 apple)
- 100 g red currants
- 50 g black currants
- 200 g grapefruit (0.5 grapefruits)
- 100 ml mineral water (ice cold)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apple thoroughly, cut it into quarters, and remove the core. Then chop the apple pieces into coarse chunks.
- 2. Wash the currants and let them drain well in a sieve. Set aside a small cluster (rispe) for garnish and strip the remaining berries off the stems.
- 3. Squeeze the juice from the half grapefruit.
- 4. Place the chopped apples and the stripped currants into a juicer and extract the fresh juice.
- 5. Stir the juice well in a tall glass with the grapefruit juice and some ice cubes. Top up the glass with mineral water and garnish it with the reserved currant cluster.
