🥤 Fresh Apple and Vegetable Juice

Ingredients
- 300 g carrots (3 carrots)
- 400 g apples (2 apples)
- 250 g bulbs beetroot (2 bulbs beetroot)
- 0.5 lemon
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly and cut them into small pieces. Wash the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the core if necessary.
- 2. Wash the red beets thoroughly. Peel them with a vegetable peeler if you prefer, or chop them roughly with the skin on. Wear gloves if necessary to avoid staining your hands.
- 3. Place the carrots, apples, and red beets into a mechanical juicer and extract the juice.
- 4. Squeeze the lemon and measure out 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Stir the rapeseed oil into the juice and serve immediately.
