  1. 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly and cut them into small pieces. Wash the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the core if necessary.
  2. 2. Wash the red beets thoroughly. Peel them with a vegetable peeler if you prefer, or chop them roughly with the skin on. Wear gloves if necessary to avoid staining your hands.
  3. 3. Place the carrots, apples, and red beets into a mechanical juicer and extract the juice.
  4. 4. Squeeze the lemon and measure out 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Stir the rapeseed oil into the juice and serve immediately.
