Ingredients
- 1 apple (e.g. Granny Smith)
- 4 large slices whole wheat bread (finely ground)
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apple thoroughly. Remove the core using a corer and slice the flesh into thin rounds.
- 2. Spread peanut butter evenly over two slices of bread. Place the apple slices on top and cover with the remaining two slices of bread.
