Ingredients
- 1 sour apple
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tsp green tea
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apple thoroughly, cut it into quarters, remove the core, and dice the flesh into small cubes. Immediately drizzle lemon juice over the pieces to prevent browning. Place the apple cubes in a freezer bag and put them in the freezer compartment for 60 minutes.
- 2. Pour 1 liter of boiling water over the tea bags or loose tea leaves. Let the tea steep for 10 minutes, then strain it.
- 3. Stir the honey thoroughly into the warm tea. Let the mixture cool down and place it in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes to chill properly.
- 4. Serve the well-chilled tea in small bowls or glasses together with the frozen apple pieces.
