🍽️ Apple Slices with Shrimp and Parsley Dip

Ingredients
- 250 g large shrimp tails (peeled, ready for cooking)
- 2 apples
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp very finely chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp ground almond kernels
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Fry them in 2 teaspoons of olive oil over low heat for about 3 to 4 minutes until they are fully cooked.
- 2. Mix the almonds with the parsley, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, salt, pepper, and the remaining olive oil to form a mixture.
- 3. Wash the apples and remove the core. Slice the cooled shrimp lengthwise into thin slices. Add the remaining lemon juice to a bowl of water. Slice or peel the apples as thinly as possible and place them in the water.
- 4. Let the apple slices drain briefly, pat them dry, and arrange them on plates. Decoratively distribute the shrimp slices on top and drizzle with the parsley mixture. Serve the dish garnished with fresh parsley.
