🍳 Apple-Banana Porridge with Amaranth

Ingredients
- 100 g fine oat flakes
- 100 ml soy drink (soy milk) (vanilla flavor)
- 2 bananas
- 1 red-skinned apple
- 250 g soy yogurt (flavor to your liking)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp amaranth puffs
Instructions
- 1. Put the oat flakes into a bowl.
- 2. Pour the soy milk drink over the flakes.
- 3. Stir the mixture well.
- 4. Let the oat flakes swell for a few minutes.
- 5. Peel the bananas.
- 6. Mash the bananas into coarse pieces.
- 7. Wash the apple.
- 8. Cut the apple into quarters.
- 9. Remove the core from the apple pieces.
- 10. Grate the apple pieces coarsely.
- 11. Add the mashed bananas and grated apple to the swollen oat flakes.
- 12. Add the soy yogurt.
- 13. Mix everything well together.
- 14. Sweeten the porridge to taste.
- 15. Divide the breakfast onto four bowls.
