  5. 5. Peel the bananas.
  6. 6. Mash the bananas into coarse pieces.
  7. 7. Wash the apple.
  8. 8. Cut the apple into quarters.
  9. 9. Remove the core from the apple pieces.
  10. 10. Grate the apple pieces coarsely.
  11. 11. Add the mashed bananas and grated apple to the swollen oat flakes.
