  1. 1. Squeeze the half lemon.
  2. 2. Pour the lemon juice into a tall glass or mixing cup.
  3. 3. Remove the pit from the other avocado half.
  4. 4. Scoop the avocado flesh out with a teaspoon.
  5. 5. Add the flesh immediately to the lemon juice in the container.
  6. 6. Peel the kiwi.
  7. 7. Cut two slices from the kiwi.
  8. 8. Set the kiwi slices aside.
  9. 9. Dice the rest of the kiwi.
  10. 10. Add the kiwi cubes to the avocado mixture along with the apple juice.
  11. 11. Puree everything finely with a hand blender.
  12. 12. Pour the mixture into a large glass with ice cubes.
  13. 13. Top up the glass with mineral water.
  14. 14. Garnish the drink with the kiwi slices.
