🥤 Fresh Apple-Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients
- 0.5 small lemon
- 75 g ripe avocado (0.5 ripe avocados)
- 80 g ripe kiwi (1 ripe kiwi)
- 50 ml cloudy apple juice
- 100 ml mineral water (ice cold)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the half lemon.
- 2. Pour the lemon juice into a tall glass or mixing cup.
- 3. Remove the pit from the other avocado half.
- 4. Scoop the avocado flesh out with a teaspoon.
- 5. Add the flesh immediately to the lemon juice in the container.
- 6. Peel the kiwi.
- 7. Cut two slices from the kiwi.
- 8. Set the kiwi slices aside.
- 9. Dice the rest of the kiwi.
- 10. Add the kiwi cubes to the avocado mixture along with the apple juice.
- 11. Puree everything finely with a hand blender.
- 12. Pour the mixture into a large glass with ice cubes.
- 13. Top up the glass with mineral water.
- 14. Garnish the drink with the kiwi slices.
