Ingredients
- 60 ml Aperol
- 40 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 orange slice
- 2 cocktail cherries
- 2 cocktail skewers
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients together with the four ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Close it and shake the mixture vigorously. Then strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer into small glasses (like shot glasses) that are already filled with ice cubes.
- 2. Take the orange slice and cut it in half so you have two halves. Skewer one cocktail cherry and one orange half onto each cocktail pick. Then place the picks on the rim of the glasses to decorate them.
