🍰 Fruity Berry Yogurt Popsicles with Aperino

Ingredients
- 200 g mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- 4 tbsp Salus Aperino Redcurrant Acerola (available at the Reformhaus® ())
- 500 g Greek yogurt (10 % fat)
- 4 tbsp Rapunzel maple syrup (available at the Reformhaus®)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the berries thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Place the fruit together with the Salus Aperino Johannisbeere Acerola in a tall container and blend the mixture into a smooth, fine puree using a hand blender.
- 2. Stir the yogurt until smooth by mixing in the maple syrup. Fill the ice molds alternately with the berries and the yogurt. Insert the popsicle sticks and swirl them through the mixture once to create a beautiful marbled effect.
- 3. Place the filled molds in the freezer for at least 5 hours until the popsicles are solid.
