🍽️ Grilled Pineapple with Honey Dressing

Ingredients
- 600 g pineapple slices (can, unsweetened)
- 8 leaves mint
- 1 lime
- 3 tbsp liquid honey
- 300 g blueberries
Instructions
- 1. Let the pineapple slices drain well. Grill them on a hot grill for a short time on both sides until they have light brown stripes. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
- 2. Wash the lime hot and pat it dry. Grate the peel and squeeze the juice. Mix the honey with the lime juice and the peel. Drizzle the grilled pineapple slices with this mixture.
- 3. Arrange the pineapple on a plate. Wash the blueberries, remove any stems and let them drain. Place them on the pineapple slices. Decorate the dish with the mint.
