🥤 Tropical Pineapple-Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut chips
- 250 g pineapple (0.25 pineapple)
- 300 g small papaya (1 small papaya)
- 0.5 lime
- 250 g soy yogurt
- 200 ml coconut water (Tetra Pak)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Toast the coconut flakes in a non-stick pan over medium heat until fragrant. Remove from the heat and let them cool completely on a plate.
- 2. Peel the pineapple carefully with a sharp knife, cut out the tough core, and chop the flesh into coarse cubes.
- 3. Cut the papaya in half and remove the seeds with a spoon. Peel the fruit and cut it into coarse cubes. Squeeze the lime to get 2 teaspoons of juice.
- 4. Add the pineapple and papaya cubes to a blender along with the soy yogurt alternative, coconut water, lime juice, and 6 to 8 ice cubes. Blend until smooth and garnish the finished smoothie with the cooled coconut flakes.
