🍰 Grilled pineapple with cinnamon honey and yogurt dip

Ingredients
- 1 kg pineapple (1 pineapple)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 0.5 vanilla pod
- 300 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp coconut blossom sugar
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pineapple lengthwise into four equal wedges.
- 2. Slice these wedges into thick rounds of about one centimeter in thickness.
- 3. Thoroughly mix the honey with the cinnamon in a small bowl.
- 4. Brush the pineapple slices evenly with the cinnamon honey mixture.
- 5. Preheat your grill to high heat.
- 6. Place the marinated pineapple slices on the hot grill.
- 7. Grill the slices on each side until they are golden brown and caramelized.
- 8. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 9. Scrape out the tiny black seeds (the pulp) from the pod.
- 10. Mix the yogurt in a bowl with the lime juice.
- 11. Add the vanilla pulp and coconut blossom sugar to the yogurt mixture.
- 12. Stir everything well until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce is smooth.
- 13. Place the grilled pineapple slices onto four individual plates.
- 14. Add the yogurt lime sauce as a topping onto the pineapple.
- 15. Garnish the dish to taste with fine strips of lime zest.
