  1. 1. Cut the pineapple lengthwise into four equal wedges.
  2. 2. Slice these wedges into thick rounds of about one centimeter in thickness.
  3. 3. Thoroughly mix the honey with the cinnamon in a small bowl.
  4. 4. Brush the pineapple slices evenly with the cinnamon honey mixture.
  5. 5. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  6. 6. Place the marinated pineapple slices on the hot grill.
  7. 7. Grill the slices on each side until they are golden brown and caramelized.
  8. 8. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
  9. 9. Scrape out the tiny black seeds (the pulp) from the pod.
  10. 10. Mix the yogurt in a bowl with the lime juice.
  11. 11. Add the vanilla pulp and coconut blossom sugar to the yogurt mixture.
  12. 12. Stir everything well until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce is smooth.
  13. 13. Place the grilled pineapple slices onto four individual plates.
  14. 14. Add the yogurt lime sauce as a topping onto the pineapple.
  15. 15. Garnish the dish to taste with fine strips of lime zest.
