🍽️ Pineapple with Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 large pineapple
- 100 g brown rock sugar
- 1 dried chili pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pineapple and carefully remove all the brown eyes. Use a corer to remove the hard core in the center. Cut the fruit into 12 equal slices and arrange them nicely on the plate.
- 2. Place the rock sugar and chili pods in a mortar and crush the mixture finely. Sprinkle the sugar evenly over the pineapple and hold a kitchen torch flame briefly underneath until the sugar melts into light brown caramel. Serve the dish immediately.
- 3. A scoop of vanilla ice cream is the perfect side dish for this.
