🥤 Pineapple Crab Cocktail

Ingredients
- 150 g Salad mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Brandy (or brandy)
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- a little lemon juice
- 1 pinch Paprika powder (rose hot)
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 200 g fresh pineapple flesh
- 200 g Deep-sea shrimp meat
- 1 Chicory
- 1 bunch Chives
Instructions
- 1. Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt and ketchup. Season the mixture with the brandy (or cognac), salt, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, sweet paprika powder, and sugar.
- 2. Cut the pineapple into small cubes. Mix them with the crab meat into the prepared sauce.
- 3. Remove the hard cores from the chicory and carefully separate the leaves one by one. Fill the pineapple crab cocktail together with the chicory leaves into glasses. Rinse the chives, shake them dry, and cut them into fine rings. Sprinkle the cocktail with them and serve.
