🍽️ Pineapple Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 bread roll
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 100 g feta cheese
- 750 g mixed minced meat
- 2 eggs (size M)
- 2 tbsp Chinese spice powder
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- oil
- 5 slices pineapple
Instructions
- 1. Soak the bread rolls in lukewarm water. Clean and wash the spring onions, chop them finely, and crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
- 2. Add the minced meat, eggs, Chinese five-spice powder, salt, pepper, spring onions, and feta cheese to a bowl. Squeeze the bread rolls well and add them. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 3. With damp hands, form balls the size of a ping pong ball. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the balls all around for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 4. Cut the pineapple into pieces and skewer them onto each meatball with a toothpick. Place them in paper cups if desired.
