  1. 1. Soak the bread rolls in lukewarm water. Clean and wash the spring onions, chop them finely, and crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
  2. 2. Add the minced meat, eggs, Chinese five-spice powder, salt, pepper, spring onions, and feta cheese to a bowl. Squeeze the bread rolls well and add them. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  3. 3. With damp hands, form balls the size of a ping pong ball. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the balls all around for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Cut the pineapple into pieces and skewer them onto each meatball with a toothpick. Place them in paper cups if desired.
