🥤 Tropical Pineapple-Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
- 0.5 small pineapple
- 1 banana
- 1 small apple
- 2 tbsp wheat bran
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- Milk (200 ml each)
- Whipping cream (200 ml each)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pineapple carefully, remove the tough core, and cut the flesh into small cubes. Peel the apple, cut it into quarters, remove the core, and chop the pieces into small bits as well.
- 2. Peel the banana and slice it into rounds. Place all the fruit into a blender, add wheat bran and cane sugar, and blend everything together with the milk and cream until smooth and creamy.
- 3. Pour the finished smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
