  1. 1. Cut the pineapple into small cubes.
  2. 2. Bring the butter, honey, and sugar to a boil in a pot.
  3. 3. Squeeze the lime to extract the juice.
  4. 4. Mix 1 tablespoon of lime juice, oat flakes, amaranth, almonds, and pineapple cubes with the warm butter mixture.
  5. 5. Spread the mixture about 2 centimeters thick onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using a moist rubber spatula. Bake the bars in the preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius (convection 130 degrees Celsius, gas level 1 to 2) on the middle rack for 15 to 18 minutes.
  6. 6. Cut the bars into pieces while still warm and let them cool on a board. Store them in airtight containers.
