  1. 1. Cook the amaranth in water according to the package instructions. Let it cool down completely afterwards.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, remove any stems from the berries, wash and clean them. Cut large berries in half or quarters.
  3. 3. Toast the sunflower seeds in a hot pan without oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  4. 4. Mix the yogurt with the agave syrup, half of the berries, and half of the cooled amaranth.
  5. 5. Divide the muesli among four bowls. Top with the remaining berries, the remaining amaranth, and the toasted sunflower seeds. Serve immediately.
