🍳 Amaranth Breakfast with Forest Berries

Ingredients
- 150 g Amaranth
- 250 g fresh berries (e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and redcurrants)
- 45 g sunflower seeds (3 tbsp)
- 400 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions
- 1. Cook the amaranth in water according to the package instructions. Let it cool down completely afterwards.
- 2. Meanwhile, remove any stems from the berries, wash and clean them. Cut large berries in half or quarters.
- 3. Toast the sunflower seeds in a hot pan without oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- 4. Mix the yogurt with the agave syrup, half of the berries, and half of the cooled amaranth.
- 5. Divide the muesli among four bowls. Top with the remaining berries, the remaining amaranth, and the toasted sunflower seeds. Serve immediately.
