🍳 Amaranth Oat Breakfast

Ingredients
- 5 tbsp coarse oat flakes
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 200 ml orange juice
- 20 g hazelnut kernels
- 20 g almond kernels
- 150 g low-fat quark
- 3 small nectarines (or peaches or apricots)
- 3 tbsp puffed amaranth
Instructions
- 1. Mix the oat flakes, flaxseeds, and orange juice in a bowl. Let the mixture soak for about 45 minutes.
- 2. Finely chop the hazelnuts and almonds.
- 3. Stir the chopped nuts and quark into the soaked oat mixture.
- 4. Wash the fruits and pat them dry. Cut them in half, remove the stones, and slice the fruit into wedges.
- 5. Divide the muesli into small bowls and sprinkle with puffed amaranth.
- 6. Arrange the fruit wedges evenly on top of the muesli.
