  1. 1. Mix the oat flakes, flaxseeds, and orange juice in a bowl. Let the mixture soak for about 45 minutes.
  2. 2. Finely chop the hazelnuts and almonds.
  3. 3. Stir the chopped nuts and quark into the soaked oat mixture.
  4. 4. Wash the fruits and pat them dry. Cut them in half, remove the stones, and slice the fruit into wedges.
  5. 5. Divide the muesli into small bowls and sprinkle with puffed amaranth.
  6. 6. Arrange the fruit wedges evenly on top of the muesli.
