Ingredients
- 200 g Cottage cheese
- 50 g Quark
- 50 g Sour cream
- 50 g Alpine cheese
- 2 tbsp Chives
- 1 pinch Paprika powder
- 1 pinch Cumin
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the cottage cheese, quark, and sour cream in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 2. Cut the cheese into small cubes and gently fold them into the quark mixture along with the chives, paprika powder, and cumin.
- 3. Season the mixture to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the dip with crispbread or crackers, as you prefer.
