  1. 1. Rinse the meat under cold water and cut it into evenly sized cubes.
  2. 2. Peel the potatoes, carrots, and onions and dice them into small cubes.
  3. 3. Wash the white cabbage, remove the hard core, and cut it into coarse pieces.
  4. 4. Wash the snow peas and remove any strings from the edges if necessary.
  5. 5. Heat the oil in a large pot and sear the meat cubes on all sides. Add all the vegetables, pour in the meat broth, and let everything simmer gently for about one and a half hours.
  6. 6. Season the dish generously with salt and pepper to taste at the end.
