Ingredients
- 750 g beef brisket
- 400 g white cabbage
- 400 g potatoes
- 200 peas
- 2 carrots
- 200 g snow peas
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1.5 l meat broth
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the meat under cold water and cut it into evenly sized cubes.
- 2. Peel the potatoes, carrots, and onions and dice them into small cubes.
- 3. Wash the white cabbage, remove the hard core, and cut it into coarse pieces.
- 4. Wash the snow peas and remove any strings from the edges if necessary.
- 5. Heat the oil in a large pot and sear the meat cubes on all sides. Add all the vegetables, pour in the meat broth, and let everything simmer gently for about one and a half hours.
- 6. Season the dish generously with salt and pepper to taste at the end.
