🍳 Fruity Acai Summer Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1 pineapple
- 120 g raspberries
- 225 ml coconut milk
- 120 g frozen blueberries
- 2 dates
- 3 tbsp acai powder
- 4 strawberries
- 50 g blackberries
- 40 g granola
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and carefully cut the flesh off the pit.
- 2. Peel the pineapple, remove the brown eyes, and cut the flesh into large chunks.
- 3. Gently wash the raspberries under cold water.
- 4. Set aside some pineapple cubes and raspberries to use as decoration later.
- 5. Place the remaining mango and pineapple pieces, raspberries, coconut milk, blueberries, dates, and acai berry powder into a blender.
- 6. Blend the ingredients in the mixer until a creamy mass forms.
- 7. Fill the pureed mixture into two bowls.
- 8. Wash the remaining berries for the topping and clean them if necessary.
- 9. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
- 10. Garnish the bowls with the remaining pineapple, remaining raspberries, strawberry pieces, blackberries, and granola.
