🍳 Açaí Bowl with Fresh Berries

Ingredients
- 600 g fresh berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 2 bananas
- 4 tbsp Acai powder (40 g)
- 600 g soy-based yogurt alternative
- 200 ml almond drink (almond milk) (unsweetened)
- 4 tsp coconut flakes (20 g)
- 4 tbsp hemp seeds (20 g)
- 4 tbsp cacao nibs (40 g)
- 6 tbsp dried goji berries (30-40g)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the berries thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove any damaged or bad spots from the berries.
- 3. Let the berries drain well in a colander.
- 4. Set aside 100 grams of the berries for decoration.
- 5. Peel the banana and cut it into rough chunks.
- 6. Add the remaining 500 grams of berries, the banana chunks, the açaí powder, the soy yogurt, and the almond milk to a blender.
- 7. Blend all ingredients until you have a smooth, creamy mixture.
- 8. Divide the cream evenly among four bowls.
- 9. Decorate the bowls with the reserved fresh berries.
- 10. Sprinkle coconut flakes over the bowls.
- 11. Place a strip of hemp seeds and cacao nibs (small pieces of cocoa) decoratively on each.
- 12. Garnish the rest of the bowls with goji berries.
