🍽️ Three refreshing melon sorbets

Ingredients
- 400 g cantaloupe melon flesh
- 70 g simple syrup (sugar syrup, 1:1)
- 40 g dextrose (dextrose)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 30 ml watermelon liqueur
Instructions
- 1. Dice the watermelon flesh into small cubes.
- 2. Puree the cubes until smooth.
- 3. Add the hot simple syrup, dextrose (simple sugar), lemon juice, and liqueur to the melon puree.
- 4. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
- 5. Place the bowl in the refrigerator until the mixture cools down to 5 to 7 degrees Celsius.
- 6. Pour the cold mixture into the ice cream maker.
- 7. Run the machine until the sorbet is ready (this takes about 40 minutes).
- 8. Repeat steps 1 to 7 for the honeydew melon and the cantaloupe melon.
- 9. Omit the liqueur for these two varieties.
- 10. Scoop balls out of the finished sorbets with a spoon.
- 11. Place the ice balls into glasses.
- 12. Serve the glasses according to your personal preference.
