  4. 4. Slice the cooked octopus into thin rounds or small rings.
  5. 5. Press the garlic through a garlic press or chop it very finely.
  6. 6. Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, paprika powder, garlic, and salt together in a small bowl to make a dressing.
  7. 7. Combine the potatoes, peppers, and octopus in a large bowl. Add the dressing and fold everything gently.
  8. 8. Let the salad sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  9. 9. Serve the salad on plates.
