- 1/4 TL Baking soda
Instructions
- 1. Combine milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and baking soda in a pot.
- 2. Heat the mixture, stirring regularly until thickened (about 1.5 hours).
- 3. Let the caramel cool and fill into jars.
