Ingredients
- 500g Chicken
- 2 Onion
- 4 Zehen Garlic
- 2 cm Ginger
- 2 EL Berbere Spice
- 2 EL Tomato Paste
- 250ml Chicken Stock
- 2 Eggs
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onions in a large pot until golden brown.
- 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté briefly.
- 3. Add chicken pieces and brown well.
- 4. Stir in berbere and tomato paste, then add the stock.
- 5. Bring the stew to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes.
- 6. Hard boil the eggs, peel and add to the stew.
