🍲 Doro Wat (Ethiopian Chicken Stew)

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken thighs
- 2 Stück onion
- 4 Zehen garlic
- 2 cm ginger
- 2 EL tomato paste
- 2 EL berbere spice mix
- 200 ml chicken broth
- 1 TL salt
- 2 EL oil
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onions and sauté in oil until golden brown.
- 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté briefly.
- 3. Add tomato paste and berbere spice mix, mixing well.
- 4. Season the chicken thighs with salt and add to the mixture, frying well.
- 5. Add chicken broth and let the stew simmer for 45 minutes.
- 6. Serve with injera and enjoy.
