  2. 2. Finely chop onion and sauté in olive oil.
  3. 3. Mix with rice, parsley, dill, tomato paste, salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Blanch the grape leaves briefly and lay them out.
  5. 5. Place 1 tbsp filling on each leaf and roll up.
  6. 6. Simmer in a pot with water and lemon for 30 minutes.
