🥗 Dolmadakia (Stuffed Grape Leaves)

Ingredients
- 200 g Grape leaves
- 100 g Rice
- 1 kleine Onion
- 2 EL Parsley
- 1 EL dill
- 1 EL Tomato paste
- 2 EL Lemon juice
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice and let it cool.
- 2. Finely chop onion and sauté in olive oil.
- 3. Mix with rice, parsley, dill, tomato paste, salt and pepper.
- 4. Blanch the grape leaves briefly and lay them out.
- 5. Place 1 tbsp filling on each leaf and roll up.
- 6. Simmer in a pot with water and lemon for 30 minutes.
