🍲 Doenjang Stew

Ingredients
- 2 EL Doenjang (Korean Miso Paste)
- 100 g zucchini
- 150 g Potato
- 150 g tofu
- 600 ml Water
- 2 Stk. Spring Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stk. Red Chili
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Stir in the doenjang until dissolved.
- 3. Add potatoes and zucchini, cook for 15 minutes.
- 4. Add tofu and garlic, simmer for another 10 minutes.
- 5. Add chili and spring onions, cook for 2 minutes.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
