Ingredients
- 200 g Chickpea Flour
- 250 ml Water
- 1 TL Mustard Seeds
- 0.5 TL Turmeric
- 1 Stück Green Chili
- 30 g Coriander
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 EL Lemon Juice
Instructions
- 1. Mix chickpea flour with water and spices.
- 2. Pour into a greased dish and steam.
- 3. Cut into pieces after steaming.
- 4. Sauté mustard seeds in oil and pour over the dhokla.
- 5. Garnish with coriander and lemon juice.
- 6. Serve immediately.
