Ingredients
- 200 Lentils
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 20 Ginger
- 1 Turmeric
- 200 Coconut milk
- 1 Coriander
- 1 Salt
- 0.5 Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook lentils in water until soft.
- 2. Finely chop onion, garlic, and ginger.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger.
- 4. Add turmeric, cooked lentils, coconut milk, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Simmer for 15 minutes and garnish with coriander.
