Ingredients
- 300g Rice cakes
- 300ml Water
- 2 EL Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 EL Sugar
- 2 Spring onions (sliced)
- 1 EL Sesame oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic (minced)
- 2 Boiled eggs
Instructions
- 1. Soak rice cakes in water and bring to a boil briefly.
- 2. Add gochujang, sugar, and garlic.
- 3. Let simmer until the sauce thickens.
- 4. Add the rice cakes and mix well.
- 5. Garnish with spring onions and boiled eggs.
- 6. Serve warm.
