Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 5 dates
- 200ml almond milk
- 1/2 TL cinnamon
- 1 EL chia seeds
- 1 TL vanilla
Instructions
- 1. Place banana and dates in the blender.
- 2. Add almond milk and blend.
- 3. Add cinnamon, chia seeds, and vanilla.
- 4. Blend again briefly until well combined.
- 5. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
