Ingredients
- 4 Rye bread
- 150 Roast beef
- 50 Remoulade
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Slice the rye bread into 4 pieces.
- 2. Spread remoulade evenly on the bread slices.
- 3. Place roast beef on the slices of bread.
- 4. Slice the cucumber and place on the roast beef.
- 5. Slice red onion into rings and sprinkle on top.
- 6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
