Ingredients
- 4 Rye bread
- 200 Herring
- 1 Red onion
- 50 Cucumber slices
- 100 Cream cheese
- 1 Fresh dill
Instructions
- 1. Slice the rye bread into 4 equal pieces.
- 2. Spread the cream cheese evenly on the bread.
- 3. Place the herring on top of the cream cheese.
- 4. Slice the red onion into thin rings and place them on the sandwich.
- 5. Add cucumber slices and fresh dill.
- 6. Serve the open sandwich chilled.
