Ingredients
- 300 Ground beef
- 200 Ground pork
- 1 Onion
- 50 Breadcrumbs
- 100 Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 Pepper
- 0.5 Salt
- 1 Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion and sauté in a pan until translucent.
- 2. In a bowl, mix ground meat, onion, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Knead the mixture well and shape into small meatballs.
- 4. Fry the meatballs in a pan with oil until golden brown.
- 5. Drain the meatballs on kitchen paper.
- 6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
