Ingredients
- 200 g Noodles
- 100 g Ground Pork
- 1 EL Chili Oil
- 2 EL Sesame Paste
- 1 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 1 TL, gerieben Ginger
Instructions
- 1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- 2. Chop spring onions, garlic, and ginger.
- 3. In a pan, brown the ground pork until cooked.
- 4. Add garlic and ginger and sauté briefly.
- 5. Add noodles, mix with soy sauce, chili oil, and sesame paste, and heat for 2 minutes.
- 6. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
