  2. 2. Heat ghee in a pot and add cumin, onion, ginger, and garlic.
  3. 3. Add tomato, turmeric, and salt, and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cooked lentils and mix well. Adjust consistency with water.
  5. 5. Garnish with cilantro and simmer for 5 minutes.
