Ingredients
- 100g Yellow Split Peas
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 cm Ginger
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL Coriander
- 2 EL Oil
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Soak and rinse the lentils.
- 2. Finely chop onion, tomatoes, ginger, and garlic.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, and sauté onion.
- 4. Add ginger and garlic, then tomatoes and spices.
- 5. Add the lentils and 2 cups of water, bring to a boil, and simmer.
- 6. Season with salt and serve.
