Ingredients
- 150 g Black-eyed Peas
- 100 g Red Lentils
- 1 Stück Onion
- 3 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück (2 cm) Ginger
- 200 g Tomato Passata
- 50 g butter
- 50 ml Cream
Instructions
- 1. Soak beans overnight and then boil.
- 2. Finely chop onion, garlic, and ginger.
- 3. Sauté onions in a pan until golden brown.
- 4. Add garlic and ginger and sauté briefly.
- 5. Add tomato passata and cooked beans and let simmer.
- 6. Finish with butter and cream and serve.
