🍲 Dal Makhani - Butter Lentil Stew

Ingredients
- 100g Black Lentils
- 50g Navy beans
- 2 EL Butter
- 1 Onion
- 200g Tomato Puree
- 100ml Cream
- 1 TL Garam masala
- 1 TL Cumin
Instructions
- 1. Soak the lentils overnight.
- 2. Rinse the lentils and cook in a pot with water until soft.
- 3. Melt butter in a pan, sauté onion and cumin.
- 4. Add tomato puree and garam masala, mix well.
- 5. Add cooked lentils and cream, and simmer.
- 6. Serve with bread or rice.
