Ingredients
- 100g black lentils
- 50g kidney beans
- 2 EL butter
- 1 onion
- 1 Stück ginger
- 3 Zehen garlic
- 2 tomato
- 100ml cream
Instructions
- 1. Soak lentils and beans overnight and boil in water until soft the next day.
- 2. Chop onion, ginger, and garlic, sauté in butter until golden.
- 3. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until soft.
- 4. Add the cooked lentils and beans, mix well, and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 5. Add cream and stir, then simmer for another 10 minutes.
- 6. Season with salt and serve.
