Ingredients
- 100 g Basmati Rice
- 100 g Yellow Lentils
- 1 Onion
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 Stück Ginger
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 EL Ghee
- 1 TL Salt
- 600 ml Water
- 1 EL Coriander
Instructions
- 1. Soak rice and lentils in water.
- 2. Chop onion, ginger, and garlic.
- 3. Heat ghee in a pot and sauté the spices.
- 4. Add onion, ginger, and garlic, and fry until golden brown.
- 5. Add rice and lentils, pour in water and cook.
- 6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
